Ingredients:
2 slices of whole grain bread
4-6 slices of salami
1 slice of provolone cheese
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Lettuce leaves
Tomato slices
Red onion slices
Pickles (optional)
Instructions:
Spread mayonnaise on one slice of bread and Dijon mustard on the other.
Layer the salami slices on one of the bread slices.
Add the provolone cheese on top of the salami.
Place lettuce, tomato, and red onion slices on top of the cheese.
Add pickles if desired.
Top with the second slice of bread.
Cut the sandwich in half and serve.
